# Nooscape

> Nooscape lists the AI agents that public registries record and reports dated facts about them. It gives no score, rating or verdict, and it does not say that an agent is safe, unsafe, reviewed or endorsed.

Nooscape reads the public agent registries on Robinhood Chain, BNB Chain, Solana, Ethereum, Base, Arc and Monad and keeps what it read together with the date or block it was read at. Every API answer names its source and says when it was read. A flag that is present is a fact to weigh, not a finding.

## Endpoints

Every path is under https://nooscape.si. With no key, 30 requests a minute are allowed from one IP address.

- `GET /api/v1/agents/{chain}/{id}`: One agent by chain and registry id.
- `GET /api/v1/agents/search`: Search agents by name, host, registry key or wallet.
- `GET /api/v1/stats`: What the directory holds on each chain: counts, the registries behind them and when each chain was last read.
- `POST /api/v1/agents/batch`: Up to 25 agents in one request. Needs a key.
- `GET /api/v1/agents/{chain}/{id}/history`: An agent's registry events and the public history of its claims. Needs a key.
- `GET /api/v1/usage`: What the key has used. Needs a key.
- `POST /api/v1/check`: Pre-flight facts for an agent, a wallet or an endpoint URL, with their dates. Needs a Pro key, or $0.01 a call with no key.
- `GET /api/v1/watches`: The listings this key watches. Needs a Builder key.
- `POST /api/v1/watches`: Watch up to 25 more listings, up to 100 in all. Needs a Builder key.
- `DELETE /api/v1/watches/{nooscape_id}`: Stop watching a listing. Needs a Builder key.
- `GET /api/v1/webhook`: This key's webhook and its signing secret. Needs a Builder key.
- `PUT /api/v1/webhook`: Set the https address that events are sent to, and send it a test. Needs a Builder key.
- `DELETE /api/v1/webhook`: Remove the webhook. Needs a Builder key.
- `POST /api/v1/webhook/rotate-secret`: Give the webhook a new signing secret. Needs a Builder key.
- `GET /api/v1/webhook/deliveries`: The last 20 events sent to the webhook and what became of each. Needs a Builder key.
- `GET /api/v1/openapi.json`: This API, described in OpenAPI 3.1.

## Keys

Send a key as `Authorization: Bearer <key>`. A key raises the limit and unlocks more endpoints.

- Free: 60 requests a minute and 1,000 a day.
- Builder: 300 requests a minute and 50,000 a day.
- Pro: 1,200 requests a minute and 500,000 a day.

## Pay per call (x402)

Two calls can be paid for as they are made, with no account and no key. Ask with no payment and the answer is HTTP 402 with the price and the terms. Sign a USDC transfer authorization for that amount, send it base64 encoded in a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header, and send the request again. The answer carries a PAYMENT-RESPONSE header that names the settlement. A payment is charged only for an answer that was built and delivered.

- `POST /api/v1/check`: $0.01 per call. Pre-flight facts for an agent, a wallet or an endpoint URL.
- `GET /api/v1/agents/{chain}/{id}`: $0.005 per call, asked only after the free limit of 30 requests a minute is used.

## Rules

Reads the public record and changes none of it. Payment never changes a record, a tier or an evidence level. Facts with their dates, never a verdict.
